Just under a week ago I was shopping at my local warehouse when a elderly lady was walking out the entrance with her goodies in a trolley. She had one big item balancing on the top which she had to hold with one hand while push and steer the trolley. After watching her struggle I approached her and offered if she would like me to take the item for her to her car. Accepting the other I took the large item along side her across the car park to her car.
